From the reviews

This was one of the best deep tissue massages I have had, and I have had massages all over the world. Yes the ambiance is what you pay for, but the therapist Fox is a master of her craft - using advanced massage techniques that is uncommon to the area and a refreshing determination to address every single knot.

I've been going here for years. Excellent massages. Can't be the price. Best value you'll find. I've had the 60 minute full body, my go to. Reflexology. Even tried having them walk on my pack. Every service of theirs has been excellent.

Best deep tissue massages I have had in years. I have had different massage therapists and each one was fantastic. the hot stones at the end take it to the next level.

★★★★★ — Kate, Nov 2025

I took my boyfriend here as part of his birthday celebrations and we both LOVED IT. The space was clean, smelled lovely, and the music was serene. The best part of the fantastic massages. It is a no frills place, but the quality and price can't be beat.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
