From the reviews

Yesterday I received my 2nd cupping treatment from Lisa and am amazed with the results. I have actively played sports for the last 30 years and my legs and lower back are always tight, no matter how much I stretch.

Lisa is so knowledgeable and very nice. She makes you feel at home and eases all of your concerns. By far the best massage service I’ve ever experienced. Rachel is extremely nice and very good as well. Always in great hands no matter who I book with.

★★★★★ — Latresia, Dec 2022

Lisa Miller Massage is by far the precedence for therapeutic massage and many natural healing modalities. I personally use their deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and acupuncture services synergistically to help maintain and enhance my overall wellness.

I’ve seen Jeanna Davenport at Lisa Miller’s and she is absolutely divine - she has such attention to detail and really understands the body not just physically but energetically/intuitively. But she has a gentle soul that it makes you feel comfortable and cared for.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
