From the reviews
Since I have been coming to see Dr. Meineke, Sarah, and Jimmy, I have developed so much appreciation towards these individuals! Such a wonderful and kind face to greet clients, Sarah is the face of this location, seeing her post on social media, ask clients how they're doing every second she can, and she even made us…
The team at Lifestyle is top-notch. Front desk support is always super responsive and helpful. I see the sports therapy team a couple of times a month. Cole and Kevin are wonderful, kind, thorough, and they really listen. Dr. Skylar is amazing — he's so attentive and gentle during adjustments.
Dr.Ta and her team have been amazing since my husband and I started treatments following a car accident. The staff are super friendly and professional, and the clinic itself is always tidy and bright. Their skills in deep tissue and other chiropractic techniques are impressive! Highly recommended!
Wonderful staff and office! Dr Dillan is very professional, kind and highly competent. He has helped me through a history of back, neck and shoulder issues.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
