From the reviews

Dr. Shane and Candy are more than just a physical therapist and assistant, they are a divine duo of healing and hope. From the moment you walk through their doors, you feel seen, heard, and respected. They don’t just hand you a list of exercises and walk away.

★★★★★ — Michele, Dec 2025

From day one I felt at home. Shane and Candy are very welcoming, professional and friendly. Each workout is tailored for the individuals need. They work well together and keep things flowing.

★★★★★ — Jeanie, Jun 2025

Great staff that were very friendly and helpful! The patient to therapist/assistant ratio was very low (generally 2 to 1 or lower) and it's very easy to always work with the same people for great continuity of care. I worked with Shane and the effort he put in was far above what I've seen at other places.

★★★★★ — Gordy, Jan 2025

I can’t say enough good things about Lifeline Physical Therapy. I dislocated my hip in January 2025 and began physical therapy in late February. When I first walked into Lifeline, I was using a walker and honestly unsure of what my body would be capable of again. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
