From the reviews

Tayler is truly the best :D I’ve been seeing him for several years now, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, and holistic treatment. I was initially drawn to Tayler’s integrative approach to massage, and I’m happy to say he delivers exactly as promised.

★★★★★ — Jake, Jul 2025

I’ve been dealing with hip and lower back pain, along with significant tightness in my neck. I also struggle to fully expand my diaphragm when breathing. During my session with Taylor, he performed visceral manipulation massage and cupping, which helped release some of the deep-seated tension in my body.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Nov 2025

My husband and I have been seeing Tayler for several years now and it’s been awesome! Combining cupping, scrapping and massage into one intensive session really just leaves both of us feeling so much better. Definitely something we both look forward to.

★★★★★ — Kris, Jul 2025

I booked a session at Level Up Bodywork in Queen Anne, Seattle after months of dealing with chronic back pain that had gotten worse recently. Tayler was so professional and easygoing — he immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
