From the reviews
I first came to LOTS due to a foot fracture. Chase and his team were not only able to get me out of my fracture boot and hiking again, but also recommended lab work that found the cause of my recurring fractures!
Great staff!! I had rotator cuff and labrum repair in my right shoulder back in December, first surgery of any kind and a huge journey for me. Chase and his staff did a great job not only helping me recover but getting my shoulder stronger and better than before.
I can’t thank this team enough for helping me recover from my knee replacement surgery. My orthopedist, Dr. Ellender, tells me that I made more progress in three months than most people do in a year and I have Chase and the LOTS physical therapy to thank.
I went to LOTS for a partially torn MCL this spring and had a great experience. Chase and everyone else there was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me recover quickly!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
