From the reviews

I had an incredible experience at **Knot Therapeutic Massage**! The deep tissue work was absolutely perfect — the therapist used exactly the right amount of pressure, firm enough to release the tight knots but never painful or overwhelming. You can really tell they understand how to read the body and adjust as needed.

My husband and I decided to try this new massage place very close to our home today. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I felt they really wanted to help with our knots and tension. As a nurse and someone who lifts weights I have a lot of knots especially in my upper back. I will be going back!

Wife and I went for a couples massage. Hands down, the absolute best massage I’ve ever experienced. Michelle and C.C were kind, professional, and made it the best experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Great experience! The service is excellent. I felt so much better after my massage. My lower back pain feels a lot better after the massage. Ina did a great job! I definitely recommend this place!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
