From the reviews

I recently arranged for Alyssa to visit the elderly apartment complex where I work. She provided 15-minute massages to ten residents. Her approach was safe, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, and intuitive. The experience she offered was so positive that each resident eagerly signed up for another session.

Alyssa has helped me immensely. She consults with me to learn where my problem areas are and taylors my treatment for optimal results. She is very professional and reasonably priced. I also get my full 60 or 90 minutes because you’re not in a spa setting. Highly recommend her

★★★★★ — Linda, Nov 2025

Alyssa is tremendously knowledgeable and passionate about her craft! She is hands down (no pun intended) the best massage therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Not only are her hands pure magic but she has a heart of gold and will always go above and beyond for you on an emotional level as well.

★★★★★ — Amanda, Dec 2025

Alyssa is truly wonderful. She came to my home for a 90-minute mobile massage and made the whole experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. She really listened to what I had going on, asked thoughtful questions, and focused on what I actually needed instead of doing a one-size-fits-all routine.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
