From the reviews
I referred a friend who had just been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease to Dr. Tracy after hearing so many wonderful things about her. I went with my friend for her 1st appointment and was impressed with Dr. Tracy's knowledge, patience and advice.
I was referred to Doctor Tracy by my boyfriends mother after lucking out with my doctor. I have always had severe stomach issues and they were starting to affect my day to day life. After many doctors visits, an H.pylori diagnosis, and a failed severe antibiotic treatment - I went to Dr. Tracy for help.
My daughter had severe eczema and we tried at least half a dozen different doctors and creams and diets and nothing worked. After seeing Dr. Tracy for the first time in the fall, we tried her recommendations and her eczema started to get better. It is now completely healed and we couldn't be more thrilled!
They are so nice here. Good service, clean, honest. Highly recommend them for either naturopathic treatment or craniofacial sacral treatment. I haven't used the other services but I am sure Dr Tracy wouldn't have anyone less than great.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
