From the reviews
I’ve been going to a physical therapist for over 3 months for my shoulder/neck tension and it only relieved a little bit of my pain. Then I found Dr. Taylor via Instagram to try him out to see if he could help me. After 6 weeks, I have a better range of motion and the tension on my shoulder has lessened.
Dr. Taylor is honestly the chiropractor I’ve been looking for. He does dry needling, cupping, massages out the area with the scraper tool, and goes over the stretches with you to do at home. Extremely friendly and so easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable!
I've been seeing Dr. Taylor for over a month for persistent pain and loss of mobility from a bulged disc in my lower back. This is an issue I've had for a couple of years, but I'm feeling much better and hopeful for the future.
Dr. Taylor has been absolutely wonderful. I came in for lower back pain from a work injury I sustained three years ago that never fully healed. I work out four days a week, and I really appreciate that his approach goes beyond just chiropractic adjustments.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
