From the reviews
Ever since I’ve been getting chiropractic care I’ve seen a huge difference on my lower back. There has been such a great improvement. I feel so much better now compared to how I felt at my first visit . My health in general has also improved in many ways.
Went to Stoney Point site post hip replacement surgery. Everyone was amazing right from the start. My experience was 7 weeks and it flew by because although I was working the entire team made it fun. Once I was cleared by my surgeon, Patrick my PT provided me with home exercises.
Had a complete knee replacement in early June. Started my outpatient rehab at Kayal two weeks later in Stony Point. I am so pleased with all the therapists & assistants. From the front desk staff to the therapy room has been nothing but a great experience. They make you feel so welcome. Almost like family.
The holy grail of physical therapy. I HIGHLY recommend Pauline, she's astronomical at her job. I'm not finished... Patrick is super duper as well. Emily is the best aide here ever! I don't know the other person's name BUT... 5 out of 5 stars!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
