From the reviews

Julie has nine years as massage therapist. She is constantly learning and maintaining her techniques from neuromuscular massage to cupping if you have an ache, a pain, or just need to reduce stress then Julie is the one you need to see. After a long week of staring at computers the shoulders are hunched over and sore.

★★★★★ — Vincent, Oct 2025

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a 90-minute massage from Julie, and it was truly wonderful. It was a full-body massage that included hot stones and warm towels, and she paid special attention to my back and shoulder, where I was experiencing some discomfort.

★★★★★ — Nancy, Feb 2026

I have had 2 appointments and booked a third already. Julie is very knowledgeable about the body and helping me immensely with some problem spots. She is very professional and upon the first visit truly listens to what your needs are. She always asks if it to soft or too hard and will adjust accordingly.

★★★★★ — Becky, Mar 2026

I don't usually go for massages because I have had my share of not-so-great ones, but Julie was recommended by my wife and I have to say, she is terrific. She listened to what I needed and gave a totally awesome massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
