From the reviews

This place is fantastic! Highly recommend. Dr. Laura helped me get through my full knee replacement both physically and mentally. Her knowledge and process got me on my way to full function and strength, and she kept me positive and laughing through the rough times.

★★★★★ — Ellen, Mar 2026

I cannot say enough about Laura and Casey and how they have helped me through some difficult times. They listened, analyzed and developed a program just for me. The ongoing changes as I progressed have helped immensely, Ken F.

WE LOVE DANIELLE & INTEGRATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY! 🫶🏼 My daughter was born 2 months premature, and has several GI issues as a result, including a tongue tie. Our pediatrician recommended physical therapy prior to trying to have a surgical revision.

★★★★★ — Ashley, Aug 2025

My son was born with a joint disorder. He’s been in and out of PT for most of his life. Danielle helped push him to do new and hard things. He’s not always the happiest pushing himself but Danielle did the best job adjusting and finding new ways to keep him going.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
