From the reviews

Absolutely LOVED my first massage. Samantha made sure it was truly the best, most relaxing hour in my life. From letting her clients choose the smells and music before going, to providing a refreshing infused water after time ended, Samantha made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I…

Samantha is my favorite massage therapist ever. I get massages regularly and no one compares to her! She truly knows what she is doing, each massage I have experienced with her has been deeply healing. I always leave feeling 100% better...and maybe drooling a little from being so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Just got my first massage since moving to North Carolina and Samantha is amazing!! She made all my aches and pains melt away! Her new location on White street is a super cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely schedule yourself a massage and your body will thank you!

Jordan Tabor is by far the best massage therapist in the Wake Forest area! Although this review is long overdue, it’s a testament to her expertise, effectiveness, and approach. I’ve been seeing Jordan (almost weekly) for several months, and she has her work cut out for her with me!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
