I called and got squeezed into the schedule the very next day! Whole staff was great and went above and beyond. The doctor explained in detail everything and I was one of the last patients of the day. Normally doctors would try to rush but he didn't do that at all. sadly I am moving or I would be back to this location.
Love the care and friendly atmosphere. They really listen and helped me with my chronic back pain. The chiropractor was amazing he listened and used the proper techniques for me giving me much relief from my chronic back pain.
I had a very positive experience at Journey Chiropractic. I came in with SI joint pain and it was resolved within just a few sessions. Dr. Morris and his staff were all pleasant to work with and professional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
