Jack knows his stuff! I was able to play golf 10 days after my shoulder surgery. They have the latest stuff and keep it clean. The whole staff is freindly and the place has a very positive vibe. They make PT as fun as it can be.
I initially sought out this physical therapy clinic to aid in my recovery from an injury, and my experience has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the service has been consistently outstanding, and I’ve felt well taken care of throughout my treatment.
I had a wonderful experience with Dockery and Associates over the last couple months. I had thumb joint replacement, trigger thumb, and carpal tunnel surgery in November 2025. I just spent 8 or so weeks in therapy for it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
