From the reviews
When it comes to the field of acupuncture there isn’t another practitioner I have ever worked with that is as knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and helpful as Jessica. Between myself, my clients and my own family, I recommend and refer everyone to her.
Great experience with Jess. Had really bad carpal tunnel on my wrist and after one treatment I instantly felt better. She is Professional, kind, and knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. She also used cupping which was my first experience and wow. The office is also very clean. Highly recommend!
I am incredibly grateful for Jess and the personalized care she provided throughout our fertility journey. She is a true sweetheart, and I wholeheartedly believe she played a vital role in helping us achieve our pregnancy.
I have had wonderful experiences with chiropractor care but I have never had such an immediate sense of relief as I did with my first visit with Jessica. She spoke to me for a while to assess what may be best for me and when she explained what sensation I would feel she was absolutely accurate.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
