From the reviews
Had a pinched nerve in my neck for two weeks. I couldn’t sleep and had shooting pain down my arm. I went to Kerri and received acupuncture as well as cupping. That night I slept through the night and had no pain at all. Kerri is a miracle worker. I highly recommend her.
Idk where to start but I’m looking at Kerri sideways right now! In a matter of 2 weeks Kerri has managed to turn my life around. From decades of chronic pain to insomnia, I never thought I’d be “normal” again but here I am feeling the best I have in years and wondering what kind of sorcery is happening in this office…
Kerri is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk into her acupuncture clinic, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at home. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen, understand your pain, and create a personalized treatment that really works.
Kerri is incredible. She is knowledgeable in the Medical technique of Acupuncture She has relieved pain I’ve been experiencing for more than 5 years. Why some insurance companies don’t cover acupuncture, yet pay for dangerous drugs, is beyond me. Kerri does so much for me physically and mentally.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
