From the reviews
Finding a massage therapist who is knowledgeable and experienced in massage, as well as cupping is hard to come by. Jack is a professional and a highly skilled therapist/healer. I have been seeing him every 4-6 weeks for deep tissue work with cupping, as well as lymphatic massage. I couldn’t be happier with my results.
I recently had a 2 hour massage with Jack. This is one of the best massages I have ever had! I am very picky with my massages, and Jack was truly amazing. He founds knots I didn't even know I had!
I get massaged by Winnie, She is amazing! She is thorough and makes sure to ask me every time where to focus on rather than just doing a routine like most places. She make sure to take her time and I always feel so relaxed and rejuvenated leaving!
Jack has given me 2 amazing massages. I've already scheduled my third. The first time, I started out with my left arm so tight that I could lift it only a few inches. Jack worked the the knots out of the shoulder, neck and arm so that I had full function of the arm when he was done.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
