Dr Julia is FANTASTIC. She listens to my needs every time I see her. She customizes every adjustment and adds things like cupping and acupuncture to enhance my sessions! She's so passionate about helping others. I can guarantee you will leave her office feeling better and uplifted.

I started going to Invictus fairly recently, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Caulfield is the most knowledgeable and fun person to work with. He challenges you and is amazing with recovery for injuries.

★★★★★ — Lauren, Dec 2020

Dr. Giang is hands down the best. He can see past symptoms, and get to the root of issues. Any time I’ve been in pain he’s been able to help me feel brand new again. I've been a patient for years and whether I need rehab, sports specific care or overall joint and body wellness, I know they have me covered.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, Feb 2024

Dr Patrick and Dr Melissa are fantastic I have never felt better. During my recovery time I worked with Brad he was absolutely wonderful and very easy to train with. Brad taught me so much about my breathing and inner strength that I never knew about.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
