From the reviews
This is unlike any other Chiro I have been to! Cam was amazing, spent time with me, explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. Hive also has some great services! Cupping, education, training methods, sports medicine are Cams specialty, but he has so much more to offer than that.
Hands down the BEST chiropractic & wellness center in the tri cities! Dr. Sam and Dr. Cam are two clearly passionate professionals who provide precise individualized care. If you’re looking for a cookie cutter, expensive, and long care plan, look elsewhere.
BEST Prenatal Chiropractor!! If you are pregnant I highly recommend you see Dr. Sam, she is FANTASTIC! I just started seeing her a few weeks ago and already claim her as a vital part of my healthy pregnancy. I have been to many different chiropractors and used them since I was a kid. To me Dr. Sam is one of a kind.
The Hive Wellness Center truly is a diamond in the rough! I began to see Dr Sam last year for tennis elbow, she took time with me , shared exercises to do at home, did treatments in the office and never once told me to stop working out which was huge for me!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
