From the reviews
I’ve been receiving IV treatments at Integral Med, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from RN Katrina. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and full of warmth.
I recently started going to Dr.Kizior, and it has been a great experience. I can tell he really cares about his patients and line of work. He is very determined and thorough in his diagnosis/treatment methods, and he works with the patient to define goals and customize the treatment based on their goals.
Dr. Vizinas is AMAZING!! She’s patient, VERY thorough and couldn’t be more accommodating. She is the only Dr., (after many) who actually figured out what I, and my husband were suffering from and she’s spot on. The treatments were well thought out and tailored for us. I’m so thankful we found her.
I had an excellent experience at Integral Medicine. Dr. Dimitrina Vizinas treated my condition very well and took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and create an effective treatment plan. I’m feeling much better thanks to her care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
