From the reviews

I had been suffering from infertility, severe cystic acne, digestive issues, and many other ailments for years, when a close friend suggested that I visit Points to Wellness, Inc. After three failed cycles of IVF, I decided to make an appointment for a consultation with Jennifer McGrath in September of 2015.

I have wet macular degeneration in my right eye and I'm only 67 years old. I've been getting the shots in my eye monthly since the beginning of April and they have not really made any significant difference.

★★★★★ — Roberta, Oct 2018

I went to see Jenn McGrath because I was diagnose as having bell's palsy. My neurologist told me it would take 3 weeks to 3 months. Thanks to Jenn for a knowledgeable and early intervention with her skills in administering acupuncture, because in 1/1/2 weeks it was 50% now its almost 100% cure.

★★★★★ — Joela, Nov 2015

Went to Jenn in Oct for shoulder and neuropathy pain. Since then lost 35 lbs. Blood sugar is under control. Dramtically ess meds. Shoulder pain is gone and foot neuropathy is 95% better. See my video testimonial on her website.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
