Why Innovations The Salon & Spa is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “the body, such as: hold the stones in their hands and use them to massage with. This allows the therapist to get deeper into the muscles without more pressure, helping their client to relax yet further. 60 min. Dynamic Cupping Massage $110…” source →

From the reviews
I’ve been going to Innovations for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The salon is clean and modern, and the entire staff is so friendly and professional.
Popular enough that booking a massage takes you out a few months! But they have a wait-list system that works well enough. I got in within a week, so pretty good. Friendly, professional staff. The massage was good except that my main problem area was missed. It was communicated but misunderstood I guess.
I went in for a tone but when I arrived the stylist asked me questions and decided I needed a partial foil. She did this knowing she’d stay after closing. My hair came out exactly as I hoped! I would’ve been fine with just a tone but wow she wanted me to leave looking exactly as I hoped. So impressed and so happy.
I go to Rebbeca at Innovations and started there about four months ago. It get root color, cut and highlights. Their salon is lively and they also have spa services. Lots of convenient hours that provide opportunities for people who work long days as well. I highly recommend Innovations and I highly recommend Rebecca..
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
