From the reviews

Troy is absolutely amazing! Troy has very strong hands and is able to provide a true deep tissue massage. He is skilled at trigger point and myofascial release. He listens carefully to requests and knows how to deliver, yet he is also able to find any tight areas on his own.

The front desk staff are amongst the most friendly and professional in the business. My therapist is excellent, knowledgeable, and customizes each massage to my needs at the time. The owner has cultivated a positive culture and client-centric approach that makes this Elements worth the trip each time.

Victor is amazing! I always feel so much better after each session. He truly listens and works to heal the issues I come in with.

★★★★★ — Jen, Dec 2025

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years, so understandably I can be overly critical of the massages I receive. I was also a bit hesitant about having someone inexperienced and hired directly out of school, since I need quite a bit of work but can’t take much pressure.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
