From the reviews

Jodi-lynn is one of the most talented therapists I have had the privilege of receiving bodywork from. As a healthcare provider myself, I am quite picky with who I allow to work on me, and I trust her knowledge, touch, and attentiveness to my body completely.

Jodi-lynn is an amazing massage therapist! I am a new client and have had many massages through my life! The minute you enter her space , you feel that the energy is calm and peaceful, then when the massage starts you realize what a gift she has. I would highly recommend her!!!

Jodi-Lynn is very talented, experienced, and kind! A friend of mine recommended her and I keep coming back. She takes the time to trigger your most needed areas and does a great job. Her location is safe and a relaxing environment. I highly recommend Jodi-Lynn. You will not be disappointed :).

Kneading Harmony was the solution I needed for the tension in my neck as I was having difficulties sleeping and even turning my head. I feel great and sleeping more comfortably. Very clean, accommodating, personalized, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
