From the reviews

It was about half way through our first session that I realized that Craniosacral Therapy was the missing link in my treatment plan. I immediately decided to make the commitment to myself and health by meeting with Maura Cronin on a regular basis.

★★★★★ — Erin, Nov 2017

I discovered Inner Source Wellness when craniosacral therapy was recommended for my infant daughter. Maura and Courtney have an approach that is gentle but extremely effective, and we noticed immediate improvement, even after her first visit. Since then, I've begun to receive regular treatments for myself.

★★★★★ — Beth, Oct 2017

About 4 years ago, I started having a number of health issues, including migraines, dizziness, blured vision, tinnitus that was so severe I would have periods of complete hearing loss (thankfully the hearing loss was temporary).

★★★★★ — Nicole, Apr 2026

We started seeing Dr. Courtney when my little one was about 3 months old. My daughter was breech and had some reflux issues, as well as a high palate and tongue ties. Dr. Courtney did such a holistic intake with us, listened to our concerns and was beyond thorough with her assessment of our daughter.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
