From the reviews

Frieda is the main reason for the five stars. All the staff upfront are great as well I've been coming to Elements off and on over the last 5 or 6 years I had a masseuse outside of their practice who I really liked but they relocated so I was in search of a new masseuse Over last spring of 2024 I had developed a…

I have been going to Amy for almost 3 years on a regular basis. Amy is the definition of true healer. She has the depth of knowledge of the human body that surpasses any medical degree. She understands the connection of the whole body. She has fixed my TMJ, my "bum" knee, my sprained ankle, my shoulder pain.

Both my wife and I look forward to each session with Jenny. I tell her she has magic hands. I'd never had a massage before being referred to her by my wife, who had been to a few other therapists before discovering Jenny. Now she may be my one and only.

Lois at the front desk was very kind and fun to talk to. Amy gave me the most unusually intuitive and strong massage I’ve ever received! She was also the only masseuse to use “three hands”! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my eyes were burning all day from massage cream getting in them during the face work.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
