From the reviews
I had all but given up on my right shoulder and upper back feeling normal again. Then I went for a massage with Kiah. In my first session, Kiah zeroed in on the specific area and muscles causing my discomfort, using myofascial release and several other techniques.
Amazing experience- Elizabeth Alexandre was incredibly thorough and kind. Her acupuncture and cupping treatments helped my upper back and neck tightness immensely. Will definitely be back!
I started seeing Sarah B for major digestive issues last year and she has been the best guide and provider through this process. Her and the Indigo wellness team are a great support system for me and they extremely knowledge Everyone I've worked with Indigo Wellness Group has been truly kind, helpful and a shining…
I had the privilege of working with Marcy Julius for three years while navigating infertility and undergoing treatment, and I truly cannot imagine that chapter of my life without her support. From our very first session, she created a space that felt calm, safe, and genuinely caring.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
