From the reviews

In Touch Wellness has been the greatest find for pain management I’ve had in years! Mary is incredibly knowledgeable in all things muscular, fascia, tendons and lymph.

Mary was amazing! I went for a massage to help with some post car accident pain. I was a little nervous because of the location. But as soon as I was on the table and Mary started working her magic I was immediately at peace.

hands down the best massage i have ever had! Mary is highly skilled in her ability to target problem areas while providing a relaxing experience. i frequently travel for work but always make time for a massage, and now i wish i lived in New Hampshire so that I could schedule more appointments with her.

Mary took the last 10 years of stress out of my body. No hyperbole or exaggeration needed. Incredibly kind and such a soothing presence. Mary always made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. She spent the time to go over my history and she puts all of her effort into you.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
