From the reviews

My family has been coming here for years now after having disappointing care from other offices, and being mistreated/misdiagnosed. Dr Ash has had our backs (literally!

I have been so happy with my care at Ideal Motion Chiropractic! I love that they use a special tool to adjust you, instead of grabbing your neck and forcefully putting you back in alignment.

Dr. Alex was fantastic! She took her time thoroughly explaining the findings of my X-rays and answered all my questions about how we would proceed with treatment. I was a little skeptical about them using an impact gun for my adjustments but found that it worked wonderfully. I felt great afterwards!

★★★★★ — Jon, Feb 2026

From the time I entered the office, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was friendly and assisted me with my questions. I was seen in a timely manner by Dr. Lauren. She listened to my concerns and was friendly, thorough, and professional. She even gave me home remedy ideas to help me with my issues.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
