From the reviews

I've had an amazing experience with ICT Muscle and Joint, especially with Dr. Keith. He's incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and he first helped me with a back issue a few years ago.

★★★★★ — Coby, Aug 2024

Dr Keither was phenomenal! I came in with a host of issues and he took the time to listen and address each and every single one. I highly recommend him if you’re tired of the run-around with doctors not taking you seriously.

★★★★★ — Faith, Jan 2026

Dr. Keith is an absolutely amazing Chiropractor! I’ve been seeing him for a couple weeks now and already have seen incredible progress. Not only does he have an impeccable bedside manner and range of knowledge but he actually LISTENS to me.

★★★★★ — Danielle, May 2024

I have been to many chiropractors over the years and I used to think they all basically do the same thing. After having Dr. Keith as my chiropractor I realize how special of a practice he runs! What makes him unique is that he has a wide breadth of knowledge in not just chiropractic care but also health.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
