From the reviews
I am so grateful for Cassia at Aquinas Touch! She is knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and personable as well. She made me feel very at ease and gave me an excellent massage. I felt relaxed for the entire 90 minutes! Most importantly, my muscles are feeling better than they have in MONTHS.
Cassia does a great job of listening to my needs in order to customize my sessions. She is willing to spend extra time as needed on my problem areas. Extra precautions are in place making me feel safe during the COVID pandemic!
Cassia provides a wonderful and relaxing massage! I felt completely at ease and it was clear that she's very experienced and knowledgable in her field. I highly recommend her services.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
