From the reviews
Rose was my masseuse and she went above and beyond! It was clear she had a ton of experience and knowledge, evaluated me beforehand and helped target specific muscles that needed attention. I would highly recommend this place!
I originally found this place through ClassPass to use up some remaining credits, and I am so glad I did—I truly found a gem. If you are looking for a professional, intuitive, and effective massage therapy practice, this is it. Rose and Nikki are absolutely top-notch!
I have visited several times for massage therapy from Rose, and have had a great experience each time. Rose has a deep knowledge of musculoskeletal system and does more than any other massage therapist in the area to evaluate your needs, recommend a massage style accordingly, and explain what she is doing and why it…
New patients: Arrive early to fill out paperwork! This experience was top-notch. The masseuse was professional and intuitive. She made sure to check my posture, tension, and flexibility before beginning the session, which allowed her to provide the most effective treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
