From the reviews

I started at the Grand Haven location the day after my surgery, August 19th. The protocol my surgeon shared with the office was pretty extensive, and the therapists I work with, Jill and John, have been amazing at each step. My goals became their goals, and they help me work toward achieving them at each appointment.

♿ These people have been extremely helpful to me! Helping me maintain my muscle flexibility, even though I am sitting in a power chair most of the time. I highly recommend them, if you are in need of any physical therapy! 💯

★★★★★ — Todd, Jan 2026

I loved going to see my new friends at therapy. Every time was very engaging almost forgetting why I was there. Nichole and Jennifer are the best

★★★★★ — Kay, Jan 2026

I wish I was still injured so I could go back! Just kidding… In all seriousness, the service was excellent and the care was top notch. Addressed my particular needs and goals well with a plan in place where it’s clear we are working towards a functional goal with the treatment plan.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
