From the reviews

I have been getting massages for 35 years. Normally when something is hurting the massage therapist works the muscle. I come out of the massage feeling beat up, then it feels like the muscle is angry and goes right back to it's previous tightness. Relief may last 1-2 days.

★★★★★ — Annie, Apr 2025

Logan was incredibly respectful, took the time to ask about specific areas of concern, and tailored the session accordingly. My daughter was dealing with some muscle pain, and she was given targeted exercises to help relieve it — such a thoughtful and professional touch.

★★★★★ — Andrea, May 2025

Logan is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helps me understand more about fascia and how it is related to the tightness/tension I feel in my upper back/shoulder/neck area. I have seen Logan a few times now and will continue to use him as I continue on my health journey!

★★★★★ — Tina, Jun 2026

Logan is highly professional and knowledgeable. He was recommended by my DO due to my chronic back pain and muscle tension. I’m experiencing less tightness and less pain. Which means more mobility and fun this summer:) Thanks Logan!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
