Ashley has been massaging me for a while. She has a passion for massage. She wants to make you feel better. She's trained medically. If you need something, you tell her. You want more or less pressure, you tell her. Her space is cozy and inviting with a glow of lights.
I had the opportunity to get two 90 min massages from Ashley this summer. After each I had to sit in my car for 15 min afterwards because I was so relaxed and loose! Ashley is truly talented, an excellent masseuse with a charming space and convenient location. She’s very reasonably priced and has a lovely charm.
Ashley did an incredible job! I only get a massage once or twice a year, but after the amazing experience I had with her deep tissue massage, I’m definitely going to book again in a month or two. I can’t wait a whole year to feel that great again! The process was seamless, and she was very responsive and professional.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
