From the reviews

While so many competing facilities focus on “volume production” instead of being patient specific, I found Hulst J to be easy to schedule, respectful of patients’ time avoiding lengthy wait times,, providing hands-on and knowledgeable staff. Thank you, Jessica for your patient- focused attitude.

★★★★★ — Ingrid, Nov 2025

My initial visit focus was due left shoulder pain. PT therapist, Jordyn, was professional in her approach to assessing my issue and i went to work on site and with exercises provided to perform at home. In about a month’s time, my left shoulder was as good as new. In the meantime, I ended up with a right knee issue.

★★★★★ — Sandra, Nov 2025

I first came here a few months back after an extensive surgery on my calf and ankle. I have worked with Cyndi and Jordyn throughout my recovery. I came to them unable to walk and I finished up today with the ability to walk long distances again.

★★★★★ — Alexis, Jun 2026

I’m so thankful for the team at Hulst Jepsen! Jess and Pat are very knowledgeable and professional and genuinely care about each of their patients. It’s important to have a good team like them on your side when you’re recovering from a surgery or dealing with pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
