I have been going to see Agnieszka since September, 2024. I started because I was having immense pain in my hip and was working 35 hours a week on my feet at Trader Joe's. She began doing deep tissue massage and fascia release. The relief was amazing!
It would be difficult for me to put into words how much Hope Healing Arts has changed my life. I came to Ag after my back seized and I basically rendered immobile. Unable to bend from the waist without sharp, shooting pain, I needed help on an emergency basis.
This was the absolute best massage I have ever received. Agnieszka took her time to discuss any areas of tension or areas of issue. She paid great attention to detail and gave extra care for those areas. Agnieszka Is extremely knowledgeable and creates a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere to relax.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
