From the reviews
Amazing acupuncture. Dr. June’s dry needling, red-light therapy, cupping, and acupressure brought increased clarity to my mind. I felt lighter and activated! I felt like I had just woken up from a well-rested night’s sleep. I definitely hope to use this service again!
The providers here have become family over the last 8 years that I have received care. Recently went to Dr. Dodge who helped me confirm that new symptoms I was having needed to be checked out further at the ER. He knew me well enough to see the differences and cared enough that I trusted his suggestion.
Hope. If I had to sum it up in 1 word that’s what Dr. Prather and his team at Holistic Integrations give. After the deep diagnostics which I was very impressed with and loved I had my 1st session.
Holistic Integration has helped me tremendously. Their health tests and bloodwork goes so much deeper than your regular primary doctor's tests. They have a test for everything and give you the results and consult with you about what is going on with your health.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
