From the reviews

This was my first ever visit to Dr. Yang and my first experience with acupuncture and cupping. I remember my family talking about it and how it helped my grandmother in her later years. Dr. Yang was able to see me on short notice and her consult was thorough.

★★★★★ — Steph, Jun 2026

Came to see Dr. Yang with shoulder/neck pain at about 9 pain level. After one session of acupuncture & cupping, left at a 2-3 level pain & 99% mobility in left arm. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ — Dawne, Feb 2026

After only one session with Dr. Yang I noticed dramatic results. I have been taking prescription medication for 8 months to sleep at night. After one acupuncture session with Dr. Yang, I started to sleep my first nights of natural sleep without medication!

★★★★★ — Ellie, Feb 2017

Dr. Yang has been treating non-diabetic neurapathy in both feet. I can only walk a few feet and it is very limiting. I saw several doctors and specialists over a 14 month time span and none of their interventions helped my feet. They all offered addictive medicines to kill the pain but too many side effects for me. What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
