From the reviews

Great spa! I was in a serious need for a deep tissue massage and this place was clean and had the right staff who knew what they were doing. They did a great job in addressing my pain and even gave me great cupping session.

Definitely will go back here again and again lol. No bs but this is the spot! 👍🏼👍🏼 Wendi was the name of the young lady that gave me a message. I was asked what type of message upon entering and I requested full body and to please focus on my upper back around shoulder blades.

There is a perfect fit for everyone. Once you find him/her it's the best place ever. They are super friendly, accommodating and professional. Even the receptionists are super sweet! They work hard as well to get you on the schedule. Don't expect them to be mind readers.

★★★★★ — Janet, Feb 2021

This place is great, if you need a really good massage without all the frills! My masseuse William was awesome, he was very thorough. He asked about my pressure, which I tend to like my massages more on the hard pressure side, and his increased pressure was perfect! I will definitely be back!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
