From the reviews

Amazing! I have been dealing with inflammation from a surgery and migraines and nerve pain from a car accident and I’m finally getting relief. I am so grateful I found Heidi. The acupuncture, cupping and massage is all so relaxing.

Heidi has helped me tremendously when i have had muscular issues and tightness/knots in my back, and has helped me feel overall much better. I am 40, and very active- running, hiking, weight lifting, skiing, biking, etc... and have never had acupuncture or cupping before.

★★★★★ — Adam, Aug 2020

I've had several visits with Heidi for different problems over the past few years. She has helped with shoulder, back and knee pain. When I used to go to a massage place that is all they did. Sometimes you need massage, acupuncture and cupping.

★★★★★ — Mark, Mar 2018

The first time I saw Heidi, I had been sick for 2 months and nothing was working. Immediately after seeing her (massage, cupping, acupuncture, and herbs) I could breath again and within a week I was better. Now I see her regularly, she is fantastic, easy to talk to, and her calming energy is so inviting!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
