“As is common I’m not a huge fan of needles and have not loved previous experiences with dry needling.”

From the reviews
Taliah can treat anything from bloating, to injuries, to illness, and beyond! Her office is comfortable and welcoming (she even has a heated exam table!) She is highly knowledgeable in her field, asks detailed questions about your history and your comfort level with specific treatments.
I strained my lower back while exercising. Foundation Acupuncture perform dry needling along with cupping. It was a great experience and really helped speed up the healing process from my injury. Highly recommended.
Taliah has created a gorgeous little sanctuary above the local gym. Her space is so comfortable and cozy, and my treatment with her was excellent- the needles were comfortable, and she was very skilled and intuitive about what my body needed. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Taliah!
The experience was awesome. Tali was very professional and helped me with my injury. I highly recommend her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
