From the reviews

I had been experiencing unbearable neck & back pain & I found this place on Groupon. I got the deep tissue massage with Matt who did an incredible job. It's like he has a sixth sense at finding the areas that need more pressure & maneuvered his hands & arms skillfully.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage at Health At last, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the center was calming and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.

Great place my husband and I found by accident. We had some issue at the beginning but it was quickly fixed and offered solutions. Both of our massages were great.

★★★★★ — Halszka, Apr 2024

I’ve seen several different chiropractors, but I’ve never met such a great and friendl professional staff that has been not only helpful but the Ddr has honestly helped me in a way that allows me to have my life back because of my previous back pains I am very thankful and I highly recommend this to anybody struggling…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
