“I sustained a very painfull neck injury during a sporting accident, which lead to chronic neck pain and headache.”
From the reviews
Having had many massages over the last few years I have just had my first massage with Arizona Massage and I must say it was up there with the best of them. Massage Therapist has a wonderful skill and amazing hands. I will be returning very soon.
I sustained a very painfull neck injury during a sporting accident, which lead to chronic neck pain and headache. I was referred to many different doctors without much help. I was finally referred to Jeannie who made the right diagnosis and started me on proper pain management treatment regimen.
If you've got aches and pains, Jeannie is the best! My back was in a knot and when she was done, I felt like new! Her Jeannie in a Bottle product is amazing!
Once again Jeannie made me feel so much better. I highly recommend her and am so glad to finally found someone who truly cares.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
