My family and I having been seeing Ida at Healing Circle Community Acupuncture in Chino for a few years now and she always takes great care of us. She is an awesome listener, communicator and acupuncturist. Whether I'm getting acupuncture, cupping or taking her natural supplements I always feel great.
I had a chronic cough for years due to allergies and was referred to them by a friend -- my first treatment helped the cough and nasal issues by 90%. After years and years of see doctors, ENT, Gasto- this is the first thing that helped, And it has not come back. I go for tune-ups now every 5-6 weeks. I also do cupping.
I have been coming to Ida since 2018 for a shoulder issue. She has helped me with my issue by doing acupuncture and cupping. She is very kind and knowledgeable person. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable when attending her sessions. I highly recommend her.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
