From the reviews
I started going to Dr. Sean Bradshaw for back pain over the summer. From the very first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Bradshaw did cupping, adjustments and soft tissue massage which all helped alleviate my pain. He also gave me exercises that I still do most nights. Dr.
I’ve had a fantastic experience at Harvard Square Chiropractic. From day one, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you feel better.
I came in slumped depressed and feeling a wee bit hopeless. After one appointment with Dr Sean Bradshaw, I had my hope restored. He took his time to go over the time for our first appointment and helped me get relief right away. He does a great job with listening and knows exactly where and why you are feeling tension.
Harvard Square chiropractic is a fantastic place to receive chiropractic care. All of the doctors are amazing, sensitive and caring. I have seen Patrick and Cody- both so great! The practice treats the whole person and is truly the best Chiropractic care I have found in Massachusetts!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
