From the reviews

My husband and I have each been to Hartley for massages twice and we would not go anywhere else. She made both of us feel completely comfortable. Harley is gentle but understands her trade very well. Her place of business is clean and secure.

★★★★★ — Jayne, Dec 2025

Hartley is professional, kind, and knows everything there is to know about massage therapy. I am an artist with back problems but after just one session I felt incredibly relaxed and my issues were gone. Also, I had a twisted nerve in my arm, and with a couple taps Hartley was able to fix it immediately.

★★★★★ — Parkinart, Dec 2025

Booking a massage with Hartley is the best decision you could make for your health. I have been getting bodywork done with her for years and it has changed my life. She not only gives you a relaxing experience, but helps set you up for success if you have any lingering pain!

★★★★★ — Maxine, Dec 2025

Her ability and skill are superior across the board. I had Bowen work done and it's really something else. I could feel that work immediately and additionally for days and days afterwards. Much better flexibility, range of motion and far less pain!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
