The best hidden gem in Palmetto, Georgia right on Main Street! I have received several massages from Tiffany over the last couple of years in the comfort of my own home, however, nothing could have prepared me for the experience today in her own element!
I just had the most transformative Table Thai Fusion massage with Tiffany and I honestly don’t have the words to do it justice. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a space of calm, care, and deep, intuitive healing.
I have received over a dozen massages from Tiffany and her work is truly remarkable. I have been getting regular massages most of my life and so I have a wide range of experiences to draw from as I write this review and I can say in all honesty that Tiffany is top tier.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
